MikroTik Auto User Expiry
Subscriber accounts can be scheduled to automatically expire or disable at a configured date. Fewer manual account touches, fewer active-past-due sessions, and a cleaner path to billing integration.
Implementation approach depends on your RouterOS version, whether you run RADIUS or local PPP secrets, and your billing workflow. We’ll pick the right one for your stack.
How it plays out
- Each subscriber gets an expiry date (from billing or manually).
- A scheduler / RADIUS attribute drives the state change.
- On expiry, the account is disabled or moved to a limited profile.
- Reactivation happens automatically on payment or manually.
- Alerts surface exceptions — nothing silently rolls over.
